Professor Mohammed A. AL-Harthi is academic member stuff at meteorology, environment and arid land agriculture college, in the arid land agriculture department and specialist in poultry nutrition science. He is, currently, the vice dean of the college and also responsible about the developing of agriculture research station in Hada AL-Sham which belongs to the college

Research Interests
1. Studying the effects of high ambient temperature on food utilization & production of poultry.
2. Studying the effects of natural & chemical materials in poultry feeds on food utilization & production improvements.
3. Evaluation of farm by-products in poultry feeds.
4. Studying the quality of poultry meat & eggs when fed on diets containing spices and/or herbs instead of antibiotics and/or hormones.
5. Manipulations in poultry diets for relieving the adverse effects of heat stress.
6. Studying the different factors affecting the energy pathways in poultry.
